IVSATIN-silk screened pro - the first composition in the domestic market was developed by our company together with scientists from the Institute of Solution Chemistry. This paste is designed for the artistic matting of large-format glass or mirrors using screen printing. This glass glazing method is extremely economical. Consumption with debugged silk-screen printing technology 1 kg of paste per 40-45 sq.m. glass. Due to the unique composition of one tenth of a millimeter, a layer of paste is enough to obtain a dense, saturated matte image on the glass. This composition was developed specifically for the manufacturer of tempered glass products that cannot be matted with sandblasting. Also, very often there were requests for an economical matting paste, with the help of which it was possible to quickly make a matte ceramic tile. Now it is possible. Using silk-screen printing, hundreds of tiles can be processed in a short time with a minimal amount of paste. The working conditions of the paste for optimal results: a dry room with an air temperature of at least 15 degrees, dry and clean glass of the same temperature.
